Your strategy is… Managing Your Time
Hey there, friend!

You're not afraid to say yes and take on new tasks!
Your days are full and you take pride in the amount of work you do in a day.

When people ask you how you are, your reply is typically “BUSY!”

You’re always go, go, go and your brain is thinking of a million things all at once. You’re good at it.

You don’t like to delegate to other people because you believe if you want a job done right, you have to do it yourself.

Your ability to get a lot done isn’t the problem, but you envy people that can be more present and do the things they want to do, not just have to do. You often feel like your time isn’t your own to control and you would like to have more space in your day for the things you really value: parenting, relationships, health.

I’ve been there too, and let me tell you, time freedom is just as important as financial freedom. In fact, if you can figure out how to control our time, you can almost always significantly learn how to leverage that to increase your income. Not to mention having the breathing room to focus on the things in life you really want to be doing.

Who I am...

Hi👋, I’m Jolene Hermanson! I’m a life coach and professional geoscientist. I help women in geoscience and engineering take control of their time, build confidence and create a life they love.

I've been where you are. When I was younger I could keep my entire schedule in my head. As I took on more and more responsibility, it became entirely too difficult. I was trying to do it all: parent (and have my kids with me as much as possible because I didn't trust the daycares), manage the household, and work a relatively challenging job.

I tried all the schedulers under the sun, but it never seemed to help my overwhelm, because I didn't realize that my limiting stories about what I SHOULD be able to do in a day were holding me back. Those stories prevented me from seeing other possibilities moving forward.

The overwhelm became too much and I reluctantly ended up quitting my job about two years after my second child, which felt was like giving up 7+ years of schooling and 6+ years of work experience.

Somewhere along the way I discovered coaching. Coaching felt like magic – I had powerful breakthroughs through a few simple shifts in perspective and creating a strong vision that changed everything for me.

Eventually I started to wonder if I could continue my "impossible job" with these new coaching tools and my own coach supporting me….

It has made all the difference.

I went back to work at the same job, but was able to ask to work the hours I want, have the freedom I want, learn and work with brilliant and kind individuals, travel with my family, and prioritize my relationships, health and fitness.

All while working the same "impossible job".

Now I want to help you do the same! If you’re here to put in the work, I’m here to help!
